About Me

Embarking on the path to becoming a therapist has been an enlightening journey towards understanding how to genuinely honor and accept my true self. This journey has taught me the importance of providing a loving presence, embracing vulnerability, cultivating self-compassion and compassion for others, and listening attentively not only to what is vocalized, but also to what remains unspoken or inexpressible. My deepest passion lies in helping my clients discover their own inner healing ability and creating a secure environment where they can explore, comprehend, articulate, nurture, integrate and heal.

Counseling, in my view, revolves around fostering a secure relationship where individuals can explore and articulate their deepest truths and learn to present themselves authentically. My goal is to ensure that you feel recognized and validated. I am committed to engaging with you empathetically, regardless of your current emotional state.

I am calm, intuitive, and gentle, yet also clear and decisive in my client interactions. While I possess a playful and humorous nature, I maintain a grounded, respectful, and concentrated demeanor. Staying curious, open, and actively engaged is vital to me, ensuring that my approach is tailored authentically to meet your unique requirements and circumstances.

I strive to create an environment that welcomes all clients regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability. I actively practice cultural humility and antiracism in my personal and professional life. With the intention of increasing the accessibility of mental health services, I offer a sliding scale option for members of marginalized groups.

Counseling presents a chance to prioritize your mental health and overall well-being. I invite you into a secure and nurturing therapeutic environment, aimed at helping you reveal and cultivate your distinct abilities and inner wisdom, ultimately guiding you towards a life filled with greater freedom, kindness, satisfaction, and inner peace.
